Phoebe is such a sniveling nit-wit.  What is all this “I made you the center of my world” crap? 

Hello?

She dumped Rick.

Rick moved heaven and earth to try to get her back.

But she fell for Constantine and decided to pursue her newfound dream of being a pop star.  (Pop tart is more like it.  Did you see those ridiculous getups Constantine’s stylist put her in?)

Then she comes back, after Rick has finally moved on and proclaims her love?  Grow up.

But she won’t grow up.

All that traveling didn’t do a thing for her maturity.  The little psycho had to drive Rick’s car off the road and now she’s dead.

Good riddance to weak characters.

The good news is that Ridge and Brooke will never get married after this and it will serve as the catalyst for Taylor to finally get Ridge back (as ill advised as that may be).
